You can also pay by PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD: We have 3 apartments. 2 one room apartment that sleeps maximum 2 person plus a small child (max 3 years old) sleeping in the same bed as the parents or in a cot (on request, € 10.00 a night) Otherwise we have a 2 rooms apartment that can sleep 2+2 person. Amenities included: * bed/bath linen set with weekly change; * initial and final cleaning of apartment included in the price; * equipped kitchen; * digital T.V; * independent air conditioning; * free wi-fi; * car rental and shuttle service with a local company we have an agreement with (subject to payment); * parking nearby (free and paying); * Coffee, sugar, water boiler, tea and camomiles; * cot on request subject to payment (€ 10.00 per night). General Conditions : - check-in: from 14.00 (2.00 pm); - check-out: by 10.00 (am); - chldren up to 3 years of age: free; Conditions of payment: Conditions of payment - to confirm the booking we require payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price of the stay at the moment of reservation. – Any cancellations must be comunicated to us within 7 days of the arrival date. If we are not notified of your cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded; - For last minute bookings (the day before) confirmation will be possible without advance payment; - On check in, we may ask for a deposit of €100.00 which will be refunded at check-out subject to inspection of the premises; - The balance will be paid on check in. |
